This E-Consent applies to all interactions online concerning you, WeFi USA, and the third- partylender and/or the financial institution provider and includes those interactions engaged in on anymobile device, including phones, smart-phones, and tablets. By exercising this E-Consent, WeFiUSA, the third- party lender and/or the financial institution provider may process your informationand interact during all online interactions with you electronically. WeFi USA, the lender and/or thefinancial institution provider may also send you notices electronically related to its interactions andtransactions. Disclosures may be provided online at our or third- party lenders’ and/or financialinstitution providers’ websites and may be provided by e-mail. Consenting to Do BusinessElectronically. Before you decide to do business electronically with WeFi USA, the third- partylenders and/or the financial institution providers, you should consider whether you have the requiredhardware and software capabilities described below.
To access and retain the Disclosures electronically, you will need to use the following computersoftware and hardware: A PC or Mac compatible computer or other device capable of accessing theInternet, access to an e-mail account, and an Internet Browser software program that supports atleast 128- bit encryption, such as Microsoft® Internet Explorer, Netscape® or Mozilla Firefox®. Toread some documents, you may need a PDF file reader like Adobe® Acrobat Reader X® or Foxit®.You will need a printer or a long-term storage device, such as your computer’s disk drive, to retain acopy of the Disclosures for future reference. You may send any questions regarding the hardwareand software requirements directly to WeFi Auto, the third- party lenders and/or the financialinstitution providers.
Your E-Consent for our matching service and for our third- party lenders’ and/or financial institutionproviders’ consideration of your matching request cannot be withdrawn because it is a one-timetransaction. If you are matched with one or more third- party lenders and/or financial institutionproviders, you are free to withdraw your E-Consent with WeFi USA those third- party lenders and/orfinancial institution providers at any time and at no charge. However, if you withdraw this E-Consentbefore receiving credit, you may be prevented from obtaining credit from the lender and/or financialinstitution provider. Contact WeFi USA, the third- party lender and/or financial institution providerdirectly if you wish to withdraw this E-Consent. If you decide to withdraw this E-Consent, the legaleffectiveness, validity, and enforceability of prior electronic Disclosures will not be affected.
You should keep, WeFi USA third- party lenders and/or the financial institution providers informed ofany change in your electronic address or mailing address. You may update such information bylogging into, WeFi USA the third- party lender’s and/or the financial institution provider’s website orby sending WeFi USA, the lender and/or the financial institution provider a written update by mail.YOUR ABILITY TO ACCESS DISCLOSURES.
